You're already paying for an assistant. Let's put it to work.

How to Train Your Travel Assistant — three sessions, one hour each, all recorded. By the end, the chatbot you already have will process your confirmations, run your inbox, build your proposals, and hand you a daily brief every morning — in your voice, with your policies, on your business.

    The problem isn't the tool.

Most agents I know have a ChatGPT subscription and a vague sense of guilt about it. They open it, ask it something, get an answer that sounds like a brochure, and close it.

That's not a failure of the tool. It's a setup problem.

An assistant that doesn't know your host agency, your service fees, your suppliers, your clients, or how you write is going to give you generic output forever. No amount of clever prompting fixes that. What fixes it is spending a few hours teaching it who you are and giving it access to the places your work actually lives.

That's what these three sessions are.

    What you'll walk out with

    • An assistant that knows your business, your policies, and writes in your voice — not a chatbot voice
    • A Trip Desk that stays current because new confirmations file themselves
    • Client dossiers built and maintained without you retyping anything
    • A weekly Hot Sheet of live supplier promos, pulled out of your inbox and dropped in one clean email
    • Proposals and itineraries built from one trip record, in your branding
    • Consultation prep before every call, follow-up drafted after
    • Commission chasing, expense sorting, and a P&L that doesn't require a weekend
    • A daily brief waiting for you every morning: what's due, who's waiting, what's aging

    How it works

    Session 1

Your assistant learns who you are. Workspace setup, the identity files, your voice, your policies, what never goes in a chatbot. Then we connect it to your mail, calendar, and drive.

    Session 2

Your assistant gets to work. Confirmation intake, client dossiers, Trip Desk, inbox triage, and the Hot Sheet.

    Session 3

The good stuff. Proposals, itineraries, travel documents, pre-travel sequences, commission and expense rhythms — and how to keep the whole thing from falling apart in month three.

Every session is recorded. There's homework between each one, and I'll be in the group to unstick you when something breaks.

I teach in Claude. You're probably in ChatGPT. That's fine.

I'll build live in ChatGPT, because that's where most of you are. I'll show you my Claude setup alongside it so you can see where this goes.

Everything I teach works on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, and Copilot. Lesson 1 of the workbook has a side-by-side platform table: where each thing lives, what yours calls it, and what to do when a piece is missing on your platform. You are not stuck because you picked differently than I did.

    What you need

A paid subscription to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, or Microsoft Copilot. That's it. No CRM, no other software, nothing to buy from me.

You'll get a short setup form when you register — five minutes, and it means session one starts with everyone ready instead of everyone troubleshooting.

    The workbook

Every skill we build comes as a recipe card: what it does, what you need first, the exact prompt to paste, how to test it, and what to do when it breaks. Over fifty of them, written to work on whichever AI you already pay for, with a platform table that says what yours calls each thing. You'll build a handful with me live and have the rest ready to work through on your own.

Every purchase includes a workbook with over 50 skills, prompts, and routines for your assistant — plus evergreen access to the course, so you can revisit it any time.
